Product Sales Consultant (KL, Klang, Malacca, Pulau Pinang, Bukit Mertajam, Kuantan, Kelantan, Ipoh, JB)

Responsibilities
  • To undertake the fundamental role of selling through face-to-face consultation and telephone sales..
  • To participate in various marketing activities to acquire new customers or database.
  • To meet or exceed company’s sales target.
  • To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, complaints and consuming experience.
  • To remain updated on product knowledge and promotion scheme.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in any related discipline or relevant qualifications.
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills with pleasant personality.
  • Must be aggressive, persuasive, target-oriented and self-motivated.

2. Trainer/Asst. Trainer

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for conducting training in operation training, leadership and soft skills training.
  • Develop new training manuals and regularly update based on trainee’s needs and requirements.
  • To promote learning cultures and share the company’s mission, vision and goals to consultant.
  • To liaise and co-ordinate with all different levels of people in areas of training and seminar matters.
  • Analyse, identify and implementing on-going staff training needs for growth.
  • Responsible for the design, development, application, and analysis of assessment and measurement instruments for the purpose of evaluating training effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Professional Certificates in any relevant disciplines or related professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melaysia.
  • Candidate must have a passion to improve others through coaching/training.
  • Experienced in conducting training independently with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional, aggressive, dynamite, matured, self-motivated and result oriented.

3. Event Officer

RESPONISIBILITES:
  • To execute day-to-day operation for event related jobs including organizing and controlling of all aspects of event activities.
  • Work closely with team members to develop a strategic plan to meet event objectives and target audience.
  • Coordinate with all stages of event operations, such as stocks control, booth setup and dismantling of equipment, flyers/brochure distribution and manage sales activities.
  • To undertake the fundamental role of selling through face-to-face consultation.
  • To conduct sales consultation at roadshows/events from time to time.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in organizing events /roadshows.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be confident in dealing with clients face-to-face, independent, self-motivated and proactive working attitude.
  • Possess driving license and willing to travel extensively.

4. Web Marketing Executive

RESPONISIBILITES:
  • Oversee the maintenance, growth and continued development of our web and e-marketing.
  • Responsible to increase sales of products that are well positioned to be ordered through an e-commerce, marketing campaigns and e-promotions.
  • Directs the marketing activities for all web solutions in accordance with company objectives, promotion and advertising plans.
  • Responsible to manage online advertising and optimize the e-marketing performance by creating monthly reports for outline problems, opportunities and profitability.
  • Systematically analyse e-commerce sales and web traffic data.
  • Support other regional sales outlets with e-commerce activities, including delivering web marketing programs and promotion.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of online marketing a must.
  • Experience in search engine marketing and SEO.
  • Interest in Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong creative and professional design skills.
