Your continued use of the Website thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changed Terms and Conditions.

6. Online Purchase Policy
Ruyi Holdings only sells products to adults who can purchase its products using a credit card. You must be least 18 years of age to be eligible to order goods online. By purchasing a product using this Website, you represent to Ruyi Holdings that you are an adult and that you are authorized to make the purchase using the credit card account information you provide. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Ruyi Holdings reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products on this Website at any time, with or without prior notice. If errors occur in product specifications, descriptions, and pricing, Ruyi Holdings reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order has been submitted, Ruyi Holdings will inform you of the error at which time you may cancel or reaffirm your order at your option.
7. Terms of payment
Credit card payment is the only form of payment currently accepted for products ordered by you through the Website. Any orders placed by you on this Website constitute a binding offer by you to conclude a purchase with Ruyi Holdings. The binding purchase agreement is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted.
The total amount of your order, including all applicable taxes and costs such as packaging and delivery is displayed at the end of the check out process. We will charge the credit card account you identified when your order was placed. You may not make any set off against Ruyi Holdings' claim for payment unless the amount set off is not disputed by us or has been the subject of a final and binding judgement against us.
8. Sales Tax
For many international shipments, you may be required to pay customs and duties or obtain certain licence to receive delivery of your purchased products. The customs charge and/ or import regulation is determined completely by the government of your country, and as such we have no control over those costs or regulations. As such, Ruyi Holdings will not pay, nor be held responsible, for such costs or arrange for application of import license.
By continuing with you order, you agree to be responsible for any customs or duties incurred and authorize Ruyi Holdings to charge the applicable taxes to your credit card as a result of your country's customs and duties regulations as well as obtaining any import registrations or license required for the products you are purchasing.
If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country or otherwise and returned to Ruyi Holdings, we shall have no liability and you will be responsible for the return delivery charges. Refund will be made after deducting any credit card service charges, delivery charges and additional expenses incurred. The reimbursement will be made through the credit card company.
9. Delivery
We aim to deliver within seven (7) working days from receipt of order. Approximate delivery times will be indicated in the order confirmation e-mail. All deliveries are subject to payment authorization. If an item is temporarily/permanently out of stock and/or delivery is anticipated to be greater than that indicated for that item, we will endeavour to contact you by e-mail or telephone to agree a new delivery date, or arrange a refund. However if you order an item that you would like for a certain date, it is your responsibility to contact us to confirm a delivery date.
Risk and title of your ordered products passes to you upon delivery of your ordered products to your nominated delivery address. You will be responsible for ensuring your delivery address details are up to date and correct at the time the order is processed. If you provide us with incorrect delivery details and the order(s) are required to be re-delivered, you are responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred.
If you have not received your delivery within 10 business days, you may call us at +603 - 2144 9211 or email us at enquiry@zell-v.com. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery, loss of the ordered products or cancellation of your order.
10. Product Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in ensuring our products are of great quality and condition. Please check the products on delivery. If products delivered are damaged or faulty, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense, providing you take reasonable care of the products while in your possession. All defective products are subject to inspection. If you do not inform us within seven (7) days, we shall have no liability for products said to be damaged on delivery or faulty delivery.
In case you wish to cancel your order for any reasons, you shall notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your products. You will receive a refund (after deducting any credit card service charges, delivery charges and additional expenses incurred) upon our receipt of the returned products, providing the returned products are in their original condition and unused. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged of the returned products in transit. You must take reasonable care that the products are not damaged during their return. You are responsible for the costs of arrangements for the shipment of the products to be sent back to Ruyi Holdings and be solely responsible for loss or misplacement of the products returned.
11. Product Availability
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered items. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at +603 - 2144 9211and we will be happy to assist you.
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on the Website. We will notify you of the status of your ordered pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations; however, anticipated shipment time will be indicated on the website adjacent to product information. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
12. Product Resale
The products selling on the Website are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any products to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
13. Disclaimer

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Malaysia and you submit to the jurisdiction and proceedings thereof.
